The record label is run by three Norwegian musicians: Arild Nyborg (drums), Lars Andreas Haug (tuba), and Oscar Andreas Haug (trumpet).

Founded in 2014, the label serves primarily as a platform for music created by the founders themselves. Most releases feature projects in which they are directly involved as composers and performers.

The music is largely original and experimental, with a strong emphasis on artistic freedom and long-term creative development. Through the label, the artists maintain full control over their work, from composition to release.

Based in Norway, the collective is driven by a shared goal: to present music of high artistic quality and to explore new musical expressions beyond established conventions.
